Grim Trails Haunted Attraction takes you deep into the land of dark fairy tales! Journey through 3/4 of a mile of frightening themed indoor and outdoor areas where anything can happen. From going down the rabbit hole in Wonderland, to coming face to face with Maleficent as a fire-breathing dragon, to crossing a rickety bridge leading to Kaa's snake temple, this haunt is not for the faint of heart (nor is it recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has a pre-existing heart condition, the very young, or a weak bladder)! Grim Trails has been rated one of Louisville's top haunt's in 2013 and 2014 and rated #1 two years in a row by Phantom of the Ville.-
The Real Scream Queens were no exception. As much as we know about haunts, we have to say, we can be a little...jaded? Yes, for sure. While we appreciate going through these super scary places, we tend to just feel a part of the team since we're sort of in on the secret. Not the case here...we went through with ONLY us queens and our awesome Security guy, no little tweenies to liven the crowd up and they got us ALMOST every time! The atmosphere, characters and attention to detail is divine and their timing is impeccable! What we were MOST impressed about was the fact that they did not have to rely on blood and gore to get their scare on. We were tickled and thrilled to go through each amazing site and loved jumping and screaming, squealing and a bit of cussing (every time we got startled!) our way through this haunted trail. When we go through a haunt as formal reviewers, one of the questions we find ourselves asking is, 'Would we take someone else here for a fun evening?' The answer was undeniably YES . All we kept thinking was of was people we would love to bring back here this season. This fledgling haunt gives the long standing haunts a real run for their money and we can't wait to see them continue to grow. Highly recommended by The Real Scream Queen Squad!
